SHIPPING POLICY
Any stock items that are available immediately as instant ship will be delivered between 2-5 business days to your location via the courier service. Made to order items or quick ship items that need alterations before shipping can take between 7 business days to arrive or if it is a bikini it can take up to 10 weeks depending on the style chosen. Please check each item before ordering for accurate shipping times. Any bespoke (designed yourself) custom designs or suits that are being made to your exact specifications through our online order form can also take between 8 – 12 weeks to be delivered to you, depending on the style chosen, please order well in advance. Collection of stock items from our studio are usually ready to collect within 48 hours of confirmation of purchase. If you have decided to use the EFT option then please wait for us to notify you that your order is ready.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
No returns or exchanges are possible of you have purchased a readymade or stock bikini, these are final. Any queries and/or changes to your order after submitting it, must be discussed with us in writing via email. Once you have approved the quote and/or any changes made, we will email you an invoice. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to kick-start production. Full payment of the outstanding balance will be required before we courier your bikini to you. All payments must be accompanied by an emailed copy of your proof of payment. Once you have paid your deposit, you have committed to the purchase of your order and it has been made especially for you, per your specifications. No exchanges, cancellations or alterations will be accepted after this time. Minor adjustments may, in the sole discretion of Magic Bikinis, be made if these are caught in time. No returns or refunds on sale items are permitted.
SUIT/BIKINI CARE – If suits are not properly maintained by the customer, Magic Bikinis is not held responsible for any damages to the suit after delivery of the suit, due to improper care, and no refunds will be issued. Hotfix crystals do not stick as well to some shiny fabrics, as they do to plain lycra fabrics. Fabrics with shiny prints and finishes are not guaranteed to be as shiny after these are washed. Washing your suit must be done by hand only, very gently, in luke warm water and only with a very mild liquid detergent. Try our Magic Bikini Wash or alternatively a liquid washing solution. Do not soak your suit. Rinse with clean water. Be very gentle with the diamante connectors and crystal embellishments. Never allow your suit to go anywhere near a washing machine. To clean the stubborn stains off inside of your bikini scrub gently with an old toothbrush (PS: Magic Tan tends to stain less than other tanning products on the market).
